Education/Degrees Earned: BA plus 36 hours. A graduate of Hastings College but has picked up many additional hours at various institutions. She has an elementary degree that spans grades K-8 and also a coaching degree.
Educational Experience: This is her 25th year of teaching and she has enjoyed everyone of them.
Teaching Responsibilities/Coaching/Sponsorships: In the fourth grade, they tackle the NE State Standards, the State Writing Assessment, the NEW State Language Arts test and the ITBS. This accompanies all the "normal/regular" fourth grade curriculum.
Family: It consists of 8 children, with the oldest being 27 and the youngest being 14.
Hobbies: Her kids. As they get older, their schedules and special events get even more spread out, so there is never a dull moment. She enjoys her pets and the reading time that she gets at home. It's also wonderful to be able to spend time with her husband and then doing all the wonderful things that they do together.
